How the 30% Rebate Works

1. Start Using DiagTech.ai

   • Download the app and sign up after your free trial.

2. Use It on Real Jobs

   • Ask your normal diagnostic questions (up to and beyond your free trial).

   • Try different complaint/cause/correction scenarios and features.

3. Send Us Useful Feedback

   • Tell us what worked, what didn’t, what was confusing, or what you want added.

   • Include at least:

     • What vehicle/concern you were working on

     • What DiagTech.ai suggested

     • What actually fixed the car (your final correction)

     • What you think we should change or improve

4. Get Your 30% Rebate

   • If your feedback helps us improve DiagTech.ai (clarity, accuracy, features, or workflow), you’ll receive a 30% rebate on your subscription.

What Counts as “Useful Feedback”?

We’re specifically looking for feedback that:

• Helps us correct or refine an answer

• Highlights where the app missed a step or could be more specific

• Suggests new features or data that would save you time

• Shows how you actually solved the issue vs. what was suggested

Examples of useful feedback:

• “DiagTech.ai pointed me toward XYZ, but the real cause was ABC because… Here’s what the code was and what fixed it.”

• “The flow was good, but I needed more detail on testing this component. If it gave me voltage ranges or a better step-by-step, it would’ve been perfect.”

• “This type of concern comes in a lot on [make/model]. If the app had a quick tree or known pattern failures, it would save me a ton of time.”

Short, vague feedback like “didn’t work” or “worked fine” usually doesn’t qualify.

Eligibility & Terms (Simple Version)

• Offer valid now through December 31, 2025

• You must have an active paid DiagTech.ai subscription

• Rebate applies per user account (one rebate per user unless otherwise specified)

• Feedback must be actionable and related to real use of the app

• We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as “useful feedback”
