• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, suspected breach, or security compromise related to your account.

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. VIN and Diagnostic Data

• The data provided by DiagTech.ai (including VIN decoding, diagnostic suggestions, and vehicle insights) is sourced from third-party databases, AI models, and user input.

• While we strive for accuracy, DiagTech.ai does not guarantee that any data or output will be complete, error-free, or applicable to every vehicle condition.

• Information generated by DiagTech.ai is provided for informational and professional reference purposes only and should not replace manual diagnostics, OEM service information, or technician judgment.

• You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided is at your own professional discretion and risk.

4. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

• If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information.

• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

• We may modify pricing or features with notice. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

• AI-generated diagnostic outputs are based on available data and should be treated as advisory information, not definitive repair instructions.

• You assume full responsibility for verifying any recommendations before acting on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DiagTech.ai and its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits;

  • Business interruption; or

  • Errors or omissions in vehicle or diagnostic data.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiagTech.ai, its affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding obligations (including payment obligations) will remain in effect.
